Jul, 1976--Founded in Taipei, North of Taiwan REXALL Industries Co., Ltd was established with registered capital of NT$2,500,000. Main business focus on medical equipments as background and accumulate many years' experiences on trading and manufacturing of relative field. Mar, 1977--Moved to Kaohsiung, South of Taiwan Step in designing and manufacturing of hydraulic table for surgery and electro hydraulic examining table for OB/GYN purpose. May, 1977--Successfully produced hydraulic veterinary table The first unit was sold to Municipal Ci Zu Wan Zoo. 1978--Export business expand to Asian countries. 1978--Began commercial production of autoclave. 1980--Assembly suction unit with importing vacuum pump. 1984--Began commercial production of surgical operating lamp. 1985--REXALL Industries Co., Ltd. Taichung, Ta-chia plant joined with Taiwan Surgical Dressing and Medical Instruments Industrial Association as a member. 1988--Includes laboratory equipments in business activities and exported to more than 60 countries around the world - Europe, Africa, Asia, and America. 1990--Approved from MIDA, Malaysia. As an overseas investment organization, named as REXMED Industries Sdn. Bhd and opened a show room at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 1993--Selected by one of European company as a reliable firm to supply our products for WHO and United Nation's projects. 1996--Awarded a contract from The Army Force of Indonesia with total amount of US$281,836.71 to supply operating lamps, operating tables and autoclaves. Feb, 2005--Changed and registered company name as REXMED Industries Co., Ltd. Registered and patented 2 new trade marks. May, 2005--Commence working on quality management and applying for ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, CE and FDA. Jul, 2005--NT$10,000,000 capital paid and bought a new factory and office at 13F, No. 1-31 Kui Chiem Road, Chien Jen District, which is located near Kaohsiung International Airport and Seaport. Planning our business activities more competitive for JIT delivery. Dec, 2005--Awarded a contract from UN to supply operating tables to Middle East. Mar, 2006--Growth on sales volume around 200% for 1Q compare with 1Q, 2005. May, 2006--Obtained GMP certificates for E.N.T treatment unit and operating table. Jun, 2006--Business department's CRM system exceed 10,000 numbers of customer data from the world. Jul, 2006--REXMED celebrated its 30 years old anniversary. And exceed last year turnover. Sep, 2006--Obtained ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certificates. Nov, 2006--REXMED attending the world's largest medical exhibition MEDICA 2006 at Hall 17-E80 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Dec, 2006--Bought a new factory and office at 13F, No. 1-32 Kui Chiem Road, Chien Jen District. May, 2007--Obtained GMP certificates for suction unit, autoclave and operating lamp. Nov, 2007--REXMED attending the world's largest medical exhibition MEDICA 2007 at Hall 14-E45 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Jan, 2008--Obtained CE certificates for operating table, ophthalmic table, delivery table, veterinary table, stretcher, treatment chair, operating lamp, slit lamp. Apr, 2008--Obtained GMP certificates for boiling water sterilizer and ultrasonic cleaner. Nov, 2008--REXMED attending the world's largest medical exhibition MEDICA 2008 at Hall 14-E45, Hall 3-H46 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Mar, 2009--Obtained GMP certificates for operating lamp, delivery table and suction unit. Apr, 2009--Obtained CE certificate for autoclave/sterilizer. Jul, 2009--Obtained MDD CE and EC REP certificates. |
